Who we are

We’re Aidan & Jono, Mudroom’s co-founders.

We first met while moving into our freshman dorm at college and have been friends ever since. After graduating, we both moved to LA, heeding the call of a laid back lifestyle amidst the city, mountains, and coast. 

Over years of adventuring, we've built up arsenals of quality gear. But as we each accumulated, we ran up against reality in our shared apartment: we simply didn’t have room for all our equipment. Between surfboards, bikes, golf clubs, and camping gear, we quickly maxed out on space — and traditional self-storage units were way too expensive.

So we came up with a better concept, one that didn’t require a $300/month unit. In January ‘25, we launched Mudroom: a place to stash that one bulky item (or five).

Since launching, we’ve been growing quickly, helping fellow So Cal senders keep their gear out of the way, but always within reach.

We're building this for people like us: gearheads without garages, apartment dwellers with a weekend warrior streak, and anyone who’s girlfriend is tired of tripping over skis in July.
